Product Support and Bug Reports

For an editor problem, include:

• the browser and version you are using;
• your device and operating system;
• the action you took before the problem appeared;
• whether the problem affects preview, painting, GIF export or video export;
• the exact error message, if one is shown.

The wobble editor processes images locally, so we cannot retrieve the image or project from our servers. You do not need to send a private source image. A non-sensitive sample or a screenshot of the interface is usually enough to explain a reproducible issue.

Privacy and Data Requests

Use the subject line Privacy request and explain the account or email address involved. Our Privacy Policy describes the data the site may process, local image handling and the choices available through the privacy controls.

Copyright, Safety and Abuse

Use the subject line Copyright or Safety report and include the exact page URL, the work or right involved, your relationship to it and the action you are requesting. Purupuru Maker does not host images opened in the editor, but we will review reports about material published on our own website.

Editorial and General Questions

Corrections to a guide, accessibility feedback and questions about how the tool works are welcome at the same address. Include the article or page URL so the team can find the relevant content quickly.
